As a dual qualified integrative therapist and ADHD coach registered with both the BACP and the Association for Coaching, we can use a wide range of tools and techniques to create a personalised journey that recognises you as the expert in your own unique experience. I’ll travel alongside you as a thinking partner and guide.
My work is all about homecoming. There’s no quick fix, we’re talking about a brave return to your truest self: seeing and communicating with the parts you’ve hidden, outgrown, or forgotten.
We look beneath surface patterns such as procrastination, perfectionism, or people-pleasing to understand the deeper stories and emotional logic that shape them.
Rather than trying to change who you are, our work focuses on uncovering the strengths, values, and rhythms that already make sense for your unique brain so that you can build confidence in living from that truth.
